New Release: Bach on SDG

Nicholas appears on a recent release from Sir John Eliot Gardiner and his English Baroque Soloists and Monteverdi Choir, singing two of Bach’s greatest cantatas – the rapturous Easter Oratorio and the early Actus Tragicus, a masterpiece of gentle profundity. Limelight magazine (Australia) says “Nicholas Mulroy is breath-taking in the rustic Sanfte soll mien todeskummer” and the UK’s Daily Telegraph added: “…notably in Nicholas Mulroy’s beautifully sung tenor aria “Sanfte soll mein Todeskummer”..”.
